Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in India. Enter a complete street address, city, postal code, and phone number at checkout. The phone number is required so the courier can reach you for delivery.

Products are made to order. Production starts after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery timing shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Carrier delays and events outside our control can extend that window. We will help where we can.

When a courier is assigned, the tracking link, airway bill, and courier name appear on your order and on the order confirmation page.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the shipment is handed to the carrier. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives significantly later than the delivery window given at checkout, email us and we will look into it.

Any shipping charge shown at checkout is collected with the order. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error: a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. See the cancellation and refund policy and the return policy.
